| Vladi Clausen joined our firm as the Director of Operations in September 2008, and is responsible for our overall office management and human resources. Having worked in the life insurance industry for over 25 years, Vladi has extensive experience in operations management. Most recently, Vladi acted as the Manager for Western Canada (Independent Channel) for Manulife Financial. Vladi now runs her own business assisting established advisors with their operations and insurance client services. Vladi obtained her Master's Degree in Life Management Institute (FLMI/M) in 1991; Executive MBA at SFU in 1995; Certified Financial Planner's (CFP) designation in 1999 and Life Insurance license in 2008. She has reached Level 3 in the CGA Program. |
