Service Philosophy

In summary, our job, as we see it, is to completely remove the burden of the employee benefits programs, insurance plans, and retirement planning from your management team.  Differing from a consulting house, we get involved in the day-to-day undertakings of your benefits plan.  We will act as the first point of contact for all of your service inquiries, and work to expedite any claims issues. 

In working with our company, you will be assigned a Group Service Coordinator in our office.  They will assist you with the day-to-day inquiries regarding issues such as enrolling new employees, employee terminations, processing claims, or discrepancies on your billing statement.  We have a history of getting heavily involved in disability cases to ensure that valid claims are paid by the insurer.  By having one point of contact for all your servicing needs, this will reduce the amount of time required by you to administer your group benefits program.

Our successful management of group benefits and pension plans is evident from the large number of employees and executives that have approached us for assistance with their individual insurance, investments, and retirement planning.  In essence we become an arm or division of the company, maintaining this relationship with each individual beyond their working years.  This results in a feeling of goodwill and comfort for managers of the company, knowing the best interest of each employee is being looked after.
